My husband
and I relocated to Apollo Beach, Florida, in September of 2014. Robert
King was our real estate agent and I cannot say enough about how much he
helped us. We began the process in March of 2014 when Robert began
showing us properties in MiraBay. We fell in love with the area and had
to leave before making a decision but by the time we left we knew
exactly what we wanted. Robert made sure we knew everything that living
in MiraBay entailed (taxes, homeowners insurance, CDD fees, HOA fees,
flood insurance). We had a home to sell in Indiana before we could
proceed. Robert kept in touch with us throughout the process of selling
our home. Our home sold and we began the process of buying a lot and
